OUR MISSION

To transform mental health systems by improving the way that care is accessed, measured and delivered.

What We Do

We use technology and data to improve the way that mental healthcare is accessed, measured and delivered. Our Measurement Platform enables mental health providers and organizations to implement consistent evidence-based measurement into their practice. This model is proven to significantly impact patient results, while generating valuable data for organizations. Our Intake Module facilitates a more effective referral into mental health and addictions services. This program has been implemented across both organizations and healthcare systems, improving the patient experience and driving more coordinated care.

Core Values

Collectively we believe in and embody the following core values:

One Team

We embrace continuous learning and constantly push the boundaries at every level - personal, team, company and beyond. Because while change can be painful, we know that over time each incremental improvement compounds into something that’s worth the sacrifice.

Be an Owner

We care deeply about the work that we do, its quality and its potential for impact. By owning our decisions and prioritizing transparency, we hold ourselves accountable to the outcomes - reflecting on success and learning from failure.

Our Social Mission

First and foremost, we are motivated by creating positive change in the world. Our success is measured by the impact we have on each individual and community that we touch. We are comfortable challenging the status quo in pursuit of solutions that improve the mental health care system.

Growth Mindset

We embrace continuous learning and constantly push the boundaries at every level - personal, team, company and beyond. Because while change can be painful, we know that over time each incremental improvement compounds into something that’s worth the sacrifice.
