Welcome to the first edition of the Greenspace Platform Blog! We have been working hard to bring you new features and enhancements to the platform and are excited to share them with you. Here is a brief summary of what's new:

When adding a new patient, if the patient's preferred name matches the name of an existing patient in your clinic a warning will appear letting you know that this patient may already exist. This will help reduce accidentally created duplicate patients in your clinic. The warning will appear if the name matches either current or archived patients.
For Clinic Admins, you’ll also be able to see the patient(s) that are causing the warning to appear by clicking the link in the warning message.
We’ve made it easier than ever to quickly find the patient you are looking for. Clinic Admins can now define up to 5 questions from your clinic Patient Profile to be searchable on the patient list. This works great if you have a unique identifier such as health card number, or case ID as part of your patient profile.
Once a Clinic Admin sets a field to 'searchable', all admins and therapists in the clinic can search the patient list by that field.
Want to know what you can search your patient list by? Just hover your mouse over the magnifying glass on the patient list search.
Clinic Admins can now see the created date and last log in date for all Therapist and Staff accounts on Greenspace, iving you greater insight into how Greenspace is used within your organization.
