How Greenspace Progress Measurement Works

1. Select assessments

Therapists select the appropriate assessments for each of their patients. We offer a wide range of clinically validated assessments that assess clinical symptoms (such as depresson, anxiety, PTSD), functioning, addictions and therapeutic alliance. Greenspace also allows organizations that partner with us an ability to customize the list of assessments available to their providers.

2. Patients complete assessments

Therapists have flexibility in how they ask patients to complete assessments. The assessments can be completed in-office, or they can be delivered to a patient by email or sms (text message) based on an automated delivery schedule. For simplicity, users do not need to download an app or log in, and assessments can be completed from anywhere on any type of device.

3. View the results

As soon as an assessment is completed by a patient, the results are visible to both the patient and therapist in a secure and easy to interpret display. The results are intended to inform the treatment process with objective feedback, and according to research, improve patient outcomes.

4. Record progress notes

Progress measurement has become an important component of an evidence based practice, but assessment results can’t be considered in a vacuum. Therapists can draft and save their clinical progress notes alongside each patient's assessment results, putting all patient information in the same place. In addition to traditional progress notes, therapists can also annotate a patient’s results by creating 'Event Notes'.
